常見問題

「缺貨」英文怎麼說？

缺貨是 out of stock，例如 It's out of stock.（缺貨了）。網購時也常看到 The item I ordered was out of stock, so they gave me a full refund.（我訂的商品缺貨，所以他們全額退款給我）。

收到的東西壞了，英文怎麼跟客服說？

先說東西壞了：The item inside was damaged.（裡面的東西壞了），再說你要什麼：I'd like either a replacement or a full refund.（我希望換一個新的或全額退款）。

「免運費」英文怎麼說？

說 Shipping is free.，也常看到 free shipping。shipping 是運送或運費，退貨的運費則是 return shipping。
