購物英文：在國外買衣服，店員會問什麼、怎麼回答

店員問 Can I help you? 怎麼回答

店員問 Can I help you?，只是看看就說 I'm just looking, thanks.；在找東西就說 I'm looking for…，例如 I'm looking for a gift.（我在找禮物）。

標「聽」的是店員會說的話，標「說」的是你可以照著說的回答；✗ 是常見的錯誤說法，△ 是聽得懂但不自然的說法。點英文旁邊的按鈕，可以聽發音。

  說I'm just looking, thanks.

  我只是看看，謝謝。

  說I'm looking for a gift.

  我在找禮物。

  說Do you sell umbrellas?

  你們有賣雨傘嗎？

  店員接著可能問

  聽Oh, nice! Who's it for?

  喔，不錯耶！要送誰的？

  說It's for my mom.

  要送我媽媽的。

  「我在找…」是 I'm looking for…，for 不能省略。只回答 No. 聽起來有點冷淡，說 I'm just looking, thanks. 比較客氣。問店裡有沒有賣，用 sell（賣），不是 buy（買）。

尺寸英文：What size are you?

What size are you? 是「你穿幾號？」，穿 M 號就說 I'm a medium.；S、M、L 英文說 small、medium、large，說 M size 對方聽得懂，但不太自然。

  What size do you need?你需要幾號？ What size do you usually wear?你平常穿幾號？ Do you know your size?你知道自己穿幾號嗎？

  回答範例

  說I'm a medium.

  我穿 M。

  說Usually a medium.

  我通常穿 M。

  說Do you have it in a medium?

  這件有 M 號嗎？

  說I'm not sure.

  我不確定。

  店員接著可能說

  聽Sorry, we don't have that size in this color. Is another color OK?

  不好意思，這個顏色沒有那個尺寸了。別的顏色可以嗎？

  說Sure. What colors do you have?

  可以啊，你們有哪些顏色？

  想要別的尺寸或顏色，用 in：Do you have it in a medium?、Do you have this in black?。衣服和鞋子的尺寸標法每個國家不太一樣，不確定就說 I'm not sure.，試穿看看最準。

• 不合身怎麼說

  ✗It not fit.

  ✓It doesn't fit. It's a little tight.

  不合身，有點緊。

  ✓These shoes are too small. Do you have a bigger size?

  這雙鞋太小了。有大一號的嗎？

  「不合身」是 It doesn't fit.，否定要有 does，也不要說 The size is not fit.。太大、太小用 too：too big、too small。

試穿英文：Can I try it on?

「試穿」是 try on，想試穿就問 Can I try this on?；遇到 it、this 要放在 try 和 on 中間，不說 try on it。

• 要不要試穿：Would you like to try it on?

  聽Would you like to try it on?

  要不要試穿看看？

  其他問法：
  Do you want to try it on?你想試穿看看嗎？ Would you like to try this on?這件要不要試穿看看？ The fitting room is right there. Do you want to try it on?試衣間就在那邊，要試穿看看嗎？

  好，試衣間在哪裡？

  說No, thanks. I'll just take it.

  不用了，謝謝，我直接買。

  試穿出來，店員可能說

  聽It looks good on you! Do you like it?

  你穿起來很好看！喜歡嗎？

  說I love it. I'll take it.

  我很喜歡，就買這件。

  說It's nice, but it's a little tight.

  很好看，不過有點緊。

  It looks good on you. 是「你穿起來很好看」。決定要買，就說 I'll take it.（我買這件）。

• 試穿最常說錯的地方

  ✗Can I try on it?

  ✓Can I try it on?

  我可以試穿嗎？

  ✗Can I try wear?

  ✓Can I try this on?

  我可以試穿這件嗎？

  ✓Where's the fitting room?

  試衣間在哪裡？

  try on 是「試穿」，it、this 這種短字要夾在中間：try it on、try this on。不要照中文的「試穿」說成 try wear。試衣間是 fitting room。

顏色怎麼說：What color would you like?

選顏色時說 I'll take the white one.（我要白色那件）就很自然；英文的顏色後面不用加 color，不說 white color。

• 要什麼顏色：What color would you like?

  聽What color would you like?

  您想要什麼顏色？

  其他問法：
  Which color do you like?你喜歡哪個顏色？ What color are you looking for?你想找什麼顏色？ We have this in a few colors. Which one do you like?這件有幾個顏色，你喜歡哪一個？

  回答範例

  說I'll take the white one.

  我要白色那件。

  說The blue one, please.

  麻煩給我藍色的。

  說Do you have this in black?

  這件有黑色的嗎？

  △I want the white color.不自然

  決定要買就用 I'll take…，one 代替前面說過的衣服。深色、淺色是 dark、light：dark blue（深藍）、light gray（淺灰）。

比較兩件：Which one do you like better?

店員問 Which one do you like better?，指著說 This one. 就夠了；想說原因，比較級用 cheaper、better，不說 more cheap 或 more better。

• 比較喜歡哪一件：Which one do you like better?

  聽Which one do you like better?

  你比較喜歡哪一件？

  其他問法：
  This one or that one?這件還是那件？ Which one do you want, this one or that one?你要哪一件？這件還是那件？ So, which one is better for you?那你覺得哪一件比較好？

  回答範例

  說This one. It's cheaper.

  這件，比較便宜。

  說They look the same, but this one is cheaper.

  看起來一樣，但這件比較便宜。

  ✗This one is more cheaper.

  短的形容詞比較時加 -er：cheaper、smaller，good 變成 better；長的字才用 more：more expensive。已經加了 -er，就不能再加 more。

打折和結帳的英文

特價中是 on sale，「打八折」英文要說 twenty percent off（便宜百分之二十），不是 eighty percent off；結帳時店員常問 How would you like to pay?（您要怎麼付款？）。

• 打折：Is this on sale?

  說Is this on sale?

  這件有特價嗎？

  說Is there a discount?

  有折扣嗎？

  聽It's twenty percent off.

  打八折。（便宜百分之二十）

  台灣說「打八折」是付原價的八成，英文說的是便宜多少：twenty percent off。打七折是 thirty percent off，打五折是 half price。說成 eighty percent off，意思會變成便宜八成。

• 結帳：How would you like to pay?

  聽How would you like to pay?

  請問要怎麼付款？

  說By credit card, please.

  刷信用卡，謝謝。

  說Do you take credit cards?

  你們收信用卡嗎？

  聽Here's your change.

  這是找您的零錢。

  「刷卡」不要直翻成 use card，說 pay by card 或 By card. 最清楚。change 在這裡是「零錢」。

退貨、換貨英文怎麼說？

退貨說 I'd like to return this.，換貨說 Can I exchange it for…?，想退錢就說 Can I get a refund?。店員通常會先問東西有什麼問題。

• 退貨時被問：What's wrong with it?

  說I'd like to return this.

  我想退貨。

  聽You want to return it? What's wrong with it?

  你要退貨嗎？是哪裡有問題？

  其他問法：
  Sure, I can help with a return. What's the problem?好的，我幫你辦退貨。是什麼問題呢？ OK, a return. Is something wrong with it?好，要退貨。是哪裡有問題嗎？ Can I ask why you're returning it?可以請問為什麼要退貨嗎？

  回答範例

  說It doesn't fit.

  不合身。

  說It's the wrong size.

  尺寸不對。

  說It's broken.

  壞掉了。

  店員接著可能問

  聽Would you like a refund or an exchange?

  你要退錢還是換貨？

  說An exchange, please.

  我想換貨。

  說Can I exchange it for a bigger size?

  可以換大一號的嗎？

  說Can I get a refund?

  可以退錢嗎？

  return 是退貨，exchange 是換貨，refund 是退錢。「不合身」說 It doesn't fit.，不要說 The size is not fit.。退換貨的規定每家店不一樣，買之前可以先問清楚，收據也記得留著。

常見問題

「我只是看看」英文怎麼說？

說 I'm just looking, thanks.。店員問 Can I help you? 時這樣回答，客氣又不尷尬；只說 No. 聽起來有點冷淡。

「打八折」英文怎麼說？

說 twenty percent off，也就是便宜百分之二十。打七折是 thirty percent off，打五折是 half price 或 fifty percent off。不要說 eighty percent off，那是便宜八成。

「試穿」英文怎麼說？

試穿是 try on，例如 Can I try this on? 或 Can I try it on?。it、this 要放在 try 和 on 中間，不說 try on it。試衣間是 fitting room。

「退貨」「換貨」「退錢」英文怎麼說？
